Has your child/young person accessed any therapy services such Physio, OT, Speech and Language? If so we need your views, please could you spare a few minutes the survey. This survey is part of a Therapy Deep Dive project that is happening across the North East and Yorkshire. This project is looking at how Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy are delivered to children and young people with SEND.
