Strategic Updates - Autumn Half Term 2

Rotherham Parent Carers Forum (RPCF) works in partnership with services and providers to ensure that lived experience and voice is included in shaping delivery and provision of services for our children and young people with SEND in Rotherham. We strive to ensure this gathered voice and lived experience has an impact in all areas relating to SEND. The ethos of the 4 cornerstones of co-production, Welcome and Care, Value and include, Communication and Partnership, when exercised at at all levels, can provide genuine partnership and create better outcomes for our children and young people, giving us as families more time to celebrate our children and young people and less time battling the system.
Strategic Engagement
From 27th Oct – 18th Dec 66 strategic meetings relating to SEND across Health, Local Authority and Private & Voluntary sector were attended by 10 different parent reps in order to provide your lived experience. Click here for more information.

Current Consultations
Every half term we will send out 2 focused consultations resulting from the lived experience we hear from members and any developments around SEND . Some will carry over if still useful for families. This lived experience is then collated and shared to shape service provision and delivery of services. Please click on the link below to share your views and lived experience.
