Short Breaks Consultation

Hello parent carer
Please see the below from RMBC's Children's Commissioning Team. They are conducting a survey for parents who are currently in receipt of direct payments to provide short breaks services and Personal assistants.
Rotherham Council keep our services in regular review to ensure that they are meeting need. Attached are two surveys that ask your opinion about your experiences with Direct Payments and Personal Assistants – one survey is for children to complete and one is for parent/carers to complete.
