We are carrying out a survey to collect feedback from our members about what has been working well, what could be improved and the areas parents and carers would like us to focus on next.

As a thank you for your time, all participants will be entered into a Prize Draw to win one of two £30 Shopping Vouchers.
The survey will run from Friday 3rd March to Friday 24th March and we will use the results to inform our future planning and produce an impact report which will be shared on our website.
