My Front Door Goes Outdoors

The My Front Door project is a personalised approach to a Learning Disability Transformation Programme moving hearts and minds towards a positive future.
The project aims to ensure people with a learning disability have access to community based services that promote independence, wellbeing and social inclusion.
My Front Door Goes Outdoors is an event which will be taking place at Clifton Park Garden Rooms on the 24th September situated at the side of the museum. The day will be filled with activities and information for the individuals and those that support them to learn more about the opportunities and activities open to people now and in the future.
