Autism Pre Diagnosis Survey

We are currently seeking families experience around pre diagnosis support for autism. We are keen to hear from all families and young people aged 5 - 18 across South Yorkshire who are currently awaiting diagnosis or who have been diagnosed within the last 12 months to find out what has been beneficial for them.
