Free activity challenge packs.

Hi everyone
We've received the following from the 3H Foundation and thought some of you might be interested.
We are a National Charity that supports people with disabilities and their carers. Our various programmes aim to give breaks to people with disabilities and respite for carers.
Our TeensPLUS programme has a project through which offer free home-based activity challenge packs to people with disabilities and young carers aged 13 – 25.
Applications are currently open for our Autumn challenge. If you support young people aged 13-25 who would be interested in receiving a free pack of activities, please click the link

The packs are limited but we have received very positive feedback from previous recipients and their families saying the packs bring a lot of enjoyment!
